Actually to give an update on the situation, Their Head of Affiliates Ally, just reverted to me yesterday. It seems everything is almost sorted now. So i would say NO RedFlag for now.. haha

Yes you are right, There can be different reasons. BUT i am being keeping my patience since 2nd of october.. I have texted them few times but haven't heard them back.. All the messages are seen still no update!! That's a bit rude TBH.
