I am doing a test run on marketing this place and so far they are working with me and trying to make all the changes I suggest. I was told as of this am the terms were changed to be more affiliate friendly so let's see what the dog says and if that has been done or not.

The stats are not the best and this I have told them and they need more deposit methods for sure. I have a meeting planned in Budapest to go over all this stuff and more so cross your fingers the USA players can soon have a nice new software to play at.

It will be checked tomorrow. The AGD Spider is going under some renovations for a couple of days. An intermediary version is now out on the 3 servers and have begun spidering URLs. Since they are not spidered at once, I am unsure when 7Red will be spidered, but it should be within 24 hours.

The exact reason why I wont throw just any place up.

Until a casino can prove it's trustworthy - that's both to players and affiliates, I simply wont promote them, it's a risk I wont take. Besides it's a pain in the ass having to pull banners and what not. Besides knowing you've sent players which your likely not to get paid on.

IMHO people need to do more home work on places before promoting them. I'm sure if that happen we wouldn't see so many no payments issues and the drama/ nightmares that creates.

Cheers

Every aspect of the service is being upgraded constantly. We're working on new languages, top notch retention, improving the affiliate area, 24/7 support, new features and more deposit methods.

Due to the high quality of the games and the impressive interface we're growing in huge rates and we're now hiring more personnel to help us expand.

Since we're doing this all at the same time, sometimes, things that you consider as basic take longer than expected.

I assure you that eventually (early 2011) 7Red will be an amazing place for US player to play and have a good time.

Some of our affiliates experience HIGH conversion rates. I encourage affiliates to join now, when wer'e still a young casino, because in the future I believe we won't offer the same great revshare offer to new affiliates but only to our existing and productive ones.

I agree Dave and from the same perspective we're not working with any affiliate that knocks on our door. We need to invest time in every affiliates and we try to pick the ones that can produce quality traffic.

On the other hand, I would like to emphasize that you will not find one affiliate or player that hasn't been paid by us.

I personally have been talking with 7Red for a few weeks now about the terms( the AGD team has decided that no matter what after a period of time if an affiliate program is not making changes we have to get a warning out asap to affiliates) and I know they have been working on them. We have not had 1 single player complain about the casino they have been very happy so far. I am personally looking to replace a few deadbeat casinos with a new potential software. Yes they are new and they have many things to fix but I am going to be by their side and advise them on good things to improve the casino, affiliate program etc. We need something to give the USA players that is half way decent imo so I am not going to count these guys out yet :)

These are my personal thoughts I am in no way saying for anyone to jump on the marketing bandwagon. Edited to say I can understand a program being careful who they work with since we all know there are some really bad apples out there.

You guys have a wonderful player reputation and I would have loved to promote you, but the website for affs is way too cumbersome, the stats are no good, and I have never been able to make decent contact. Now there is this quota clause.

Has the quota been removed? I categorically do not actively promote places with quotas.

You guys are one of the rare places that I would like to promote, but can't due to the current state of your aff program.

Usually the programs that I refuse to promote are shoddy on all levels.

If you improve the program but cut comissions even lower, I still won't be able to promote. It has to be profitable to do so, or I just lose money by alotting space that converts.

I have always been surprised that a place that is so player friendly can be so affiliate hostile.

Dominique,

We provide wire transfer of 400 Euro and up. We do provide a Moneybookers option for lower amounts.

The affiliate website is being redesigned as we speak. I sent the specifications to the designers myself.

I don't know why you say the stats are no good or there is a problem with making contact. I can be contacted through Skype (red7aff), email or MSN (affiliates@7red.com). If you'd like to meet me in Budapest I'll be happy to schedule a meeting with you.

Michael.

we try to pick the ones that can produce quality traffic.

There are affiliates in this thread who are saying they're getting little or no earnings.

It's the casinos job to convert that traffic. Once that traffic leaves the affiliates web site, conversion is 100% out of the affiliate realm and lays squarely with the casino.

If 7red is not doing it's utmost to convert the quality traffic sent by each affiliate, then it needs to take steps to make sure it is.

Because if 7Red can not convert the traffic and the affiliate decided to drop the program, it's unethical and unfair to punish the affiliate for a job the casino is not doing!

On the other hand, I would like to emphasize that you will not find one affiliate or player that hasn't been paid by us.

Fair call and from what other peers have said it that seems to be true.

Cheers

:)

Sorry for the delay, guys. The terms have been changed, but were moved and the spider got lost. Now that I forced the spider to find them (this happened on my last post), they have been alerted to me.

Problem is: The terms are re-written and the spider cannot possibly show the changes such that it would make any sense. Because of this, I will manually have to look at the terms on a 'term by term' basis in order to make sure that they are changed appropriately and without ill effect towards affiliates.

Thanks and sorry for the long delay.

I got this straight from the website right now if this is what your talking about....

To be eligible for ongoing commission payments from 7red.com Affiliates the Affiliate shall actively promote the 'Participating Websites' by implementing reviews, banners or text links provided by 7red.com Affiliates. If the Affiliate has for any reason stopped promoting the 'Participating Websites' 7red.com Affiliates reserves the right to terminate the Agreement by a notice in writing (email) after which the Affiliate will not longer be paid for any revenue generated by the referred players.

You are right.

The terms have not changed. I got a 404 error on the spider for awhile, so checked for a new terms location. Got redirected to the casino terms apparently.

I re-ran the spider against the affiliate terms and there are no changes to the initial terms alert at the top of this thread.

This means - do NOT promote 7Red. Still.

The terms has been changed as per you requested:

DURATION AND TERMINATION

This Agreement is terminable at will and by written notice (email) by the affiliate or by 7Red in case of termination on default as explained below . Once an agreement has been terminated the Affiliate will no longer receive commission payments from 7red.com Affiliates.

Termination on Default
7red.com Affiliates may immediately terminate this Agreement on written (email) notice to the Affiliate if at any time the Affiliate commits a serious or persistent breach, such as: ...

I've now requested a change to the AFFILIATE OBLIGATIONS section which you brought to my attention.
