NEW here! Should I be approached directly by the casino?

Hi I am new here and a new affiliate overall. I have been approached by 3 different individuals asking me to promote Bovada (and others) for a CPA deal. All 3 of them have a different CPA amount so that got me thinking that perhaps they are a scam and that I should have been directly contacted by the casino. They did ask me to sign up as an affiliate and let them know my username which I did.

I guess my question is who determines the CPA amount, or why am I getting different offers? If I have an issue with payments who am I supposed to contact? The casino or the 3rd party?

Any help or guidance would be highly appreciated!

99% of the time, the affiliate program is owned by the owner(s) of the casino. 3'rd party affiliate programs are usually always networks, where, they offer a stable of varied casino affiliate programs, which are owned by different owners.

If you have or experience payment issues, you contact the affiliate program you've signed with.

Naturally, you should contact the casino if you want to get an affiliate from them.

Otherwise, how to start cooperation with them yet?

You dig up a 4 year old thread Bovada 2 posts ago, you then ask @edgarf76 a Bovada questions, and now your here asking more Bovada questions.
