Anyone else having trouble getting paid from Videoslots? Even though they are always the last to pay, this month they are later than usual.

Anyone else having trouble getting paid from Videoslots? Even though they are always the last to pay, this month they are later than usual.

We have the same problem, so anything is wrong with VS. I know that some was paid at the end ot the month which is normal. In March we have switched our bank to Revolut but there is no payment. I was told that "Revolut are blocking all gaming related transactions last week but it's a decicion made by them as the UKGC suspended all credit cards for UK."

Now today i asked Revolut whether they block incoming payments. The answer was NO, they don't block any transaction. So the problem must be on VS. We changed the number again in hope to get our payment when they do manually.

We are still waiting for a pending statement whether we can change back again or whether current bank must stay. But probably there is different reason that we don't receive our payments.

I've seen this post now. I can reply on behalf of affiliate team.

I am aware that we had some issues with GBP transfers only. Can you please confirm you have GBP as your currency?

This was unforseen problem with our bank and finance team was working on to fix this issue and alternative ways. I am told we will process the remaining GBP payments today.

About Revolut, I am also aware that several affiliates contacted us saying Revolut rejected several payments for March. So we have resent the returned amounts by using other methods. Please contact your affiliate manager and we will tackle them immediately.

This is not true, I have Swedish bank account and Euro as currency.

on us it's also EUR!

I would like to switch again to Revolut if you can confirm that Revolut is not the problem. In the meantime i have changed payment information 3 times. So it would be nice if you can clear this situation.

Hey Joker, i understand you totally. It just takes too long to get an answer either from AM or REP. But we must wait for the answers from the responsibles. We are also not satisfied with situation but it's not in our hands. Only finance departement can explain and fix this issue.

I finally got an answer, I hadn't sent enough new players because they changed the trackers, so now I have 1300 euro in commission which they won't pay for now... but they will contact me and if I make a deal I might be paid. Fingers crossed.

I'm also surprised about this statement because i thought 3joker was paid monthly in the past. Maybe this was the first month they withhold.

But indeed i found under conditions:

5.2.2 We may terminate this Affiliate Agreement with immediate effect if we determine (in Our sole discretion) that:

(11) if the Affiliate does not generate any new Money Players for a period of 6 (six) months.

5.2.5 Any suspected breach of any term of this Affiliate Agreement by You or any Second-tier Affiliate of any term of the Affiliate Agreement whatsoever will result in Your Affiliate Account being placed under review immediately and any Commissions due to you being withheld pending an investigation.

I was told that our earnings from march will pay together with april commission. The problem with Revolut isn't still resolved because some payments going through and some not. They don't know exactly why it comes to issues with Revolut but it seems that system indentify and states something that's a UK payment and block it.

For next month we will switch again to Revolut and see what happen.

So these are different problems reagarding delated payments from partners.

I didn't know about this quota and I used the wrong tracker somehow during the last 6 months but I will update in this thread if I get paid. In the past I have been paid, even though it has been late sometimes.
