I very much doubt it, the removals are marked as:
Notice Type: Government Request
Especially as you've also received a cease and desist. The next step would probably be a legal one.
I don't promote non-licensed brands, but just be aware that the UKGC have been been submitting removal demands to google et al for this, eg:

I totally understand why they're selling if they're not sending accounts any more - you never know when the old "inactive affiliate" card is going to be played and then you lose the lot.
I would probably sell if I was in that situation as well.
Someone from Google also made the comment that sites will take time to recover because they need to see that the site has changed in the long term. So by definition we're not going to see sites just jumping back in the serps because you've made a few changes.
At some point they made reference...
I don't agree with this, there's nothing stopping people hit by the HCU from starting new sites. And if the telegraph et al get obliterated then it will be easier to rank new sites. Ie: It's a good thing for all small affiliates.
Besides, there have currently been no examples of HCU hit sites...
You could have 12k turnover and -€100k net revenue as well... Not all players lose.
Having said that, it could also be admin fees / software fees / taxes etc..
Depends on the country, policies and what the player was doing.
Translation: "We've decided not to screw you over just yet, so could you all keep promoting us until we decide exactly when we're going to screw you over".
We have some keyword .uk.com domains that we bought for some projects we haven't gotten round to yet. Having a bit of a clear out so figured I'd see if there was any interest before they go back on the pile:
onlineslots.uk.com
onlinebingo.uk.com
casinobonuses.uk.com
gamblingsites.uk.com...
Depends on your knowledge and skills. If you have never run a site before and know nothing about the industry, then an hour a day is going to take you a long time to get to where you need to be to even have a half decent site set up. At the same time even going full time it can take a while for...
Some hosts don't allow gambling content. I can't remember who off the top of my head, but there are a couple of big ones that were closing hosting accounts for this a few years ago. I think it might have been bluehost and maybe hostgator?
Had someone who was interested in a handful of names asking about ways around VAT.
If you're UK based but not VAT registered (ie: so you have to eat the 20%) then we can do the transaction through Dan as they effectively act as the merchant of record and aren't UK based so no VAT to pay.
Clearing out some domains we'll largely never get round to using, mainly keyword related .net/.org/.co and .org.uk's in this round. We might do another with some .com and .co.uk's, but haven't quite figured out what we want to hold on to yet.
Discounts for bulk deals. We're UK based and VAT...
