Thank you for following up on this. Unfortunately, we haven't received any updates recently. Occasionally, they mentioned there was a new manager and assured us that everything would be resolved and payments would be made. They even had the audacity to request more traffic...
The payment should be in process, I will confirm once everything it's settled, I am quite hopeful. The new account manager Samantha has been very helpful.
