Just read the whole title, are there any new regulations for Finnish bettors that has happened recently? Which would account for the loss of your players.

When an affiliate delivers a player to an operator, it shouldn't matter if they deposit tomorrow or 5 years later, the revenue share should stay intact as agreed. When you make money, we make money – this is what partnership is all about.

The issue is that the affiliate program terms are too loose at the moment for the operators to meddle with. I believe later we will see more written contracts between affiliates and operators. This is, of course, unfortunate as no one likes the extra paperwork.

About regulation, it has not changed.

10bet program probably never been affiliates friendly, so I'm not too surprised.

I do not want to counts how much I lost by such similar not friendly programs.

They're rogue since I know. Never ever promoted them. However, I do wonder how they grew fast from 2 annoying and pushy affiliate managers on the floor to the biggest booth around.

If u tell a program u want your account closed like 10bet here. Am i then entitled to have any outstanding amount paid out?? i have this problem with couple of programs i simply think is time to just get rid of them. I just cant seem to find correct rules but clearly any outstanding should be payable right?

After they screwed me over by changing their terms (imposing NCO and Quotas on me after working with them for 8 years) I did eventually manage to persuade them to pay my outstanding commission in July this year.
Took quite a few e-mails, but I got there in the end.

Since then I've only earned €114 (which they will keep of course) - so not too painful.

Please note that the affiliate worked with us on a Hybrid deal since 2016. After delivering negative results month after month, resulting in towering negative NGR, the CPA was removed, in agreement with the affiliate.

The affiliate claimed NNCO was part of the deal, however, from the outset this had not been the case. Once the affiliate realised this, he proceeded to remove us from all sites. We offered him new deals, with no success. His account was then set to Default structure in accordance with our T&Cs. To be clear: NO players have been untagged from the affiliate account.
