By the 15th of this month (march) 420€ was due to be paid out to my Neteller account, I received only 250€. 170€ is still pending in the cashier since February. It is an amount I accumulated before February, and was due to be paid out by the 15th of February. But it hadn't been paid out by that date. After the 15th of February, I asked the support several times on Skype when they process my payment, the representative told me every time that it will be processed asap, and that he requested a payout manually, so it will be surely on my Neteller account by the end of the week of contact. This went on for weeks. Meanwhile, I decided to check my financial logs, and I found there is a request for the payout of 170€ indeed, initiated on 31th January, but the year was: 2105! I notified the support about this error, because I assumed maybe this caused that the cash didn't arrive to my account. The representative assured me about he will correct the mistake and I will get the payment that week. It didn't happen, nor did he correct the mistake. He only corrected it much much later, after I requested it several times week by week.
I decided to wait until the payment date of this month. By the previous Sunday, 15th of March, they sent me cash, but it was just the amount that accumulated meanwhile. The 170€ that was also due on 15th of February was missing. I contacted the support in e-mail and Skype, they didn't reply. They simply don't give a damn to it by now.
And let me also mention, they don't reply to emails. Every time I wrote them asking assistance about this problem, I got no reply. They only replied on Skype, and told me every time the cash is processed asap.
I wonder how this branch can be in Golden Status, when they lied to me every time on Skype when I asked them when my payment will be processed, and were even lazy to correct the error in the date of the payout request. They are in golden status, but cannot arrange the payout of 170€, and don't even reply to emails. What about affiliates who generate thousands monthly?
