Hello AGD community,
Today we present you the real revenue share audit report for 21.com Partners. They are one of our platinum affiliate programs and they have 1 casino brand - 21.com.
Affiliate reporting Platform: Income Access
https://partners.21.com/login.asp
We deposited EUR 25 via Skrill and took the welcome bonus (200FS on Book of Dead with the bonus code "TIME").
We started playing with the free spins:
And continue playing with the real money:
In the end, we lost all the funds and checked the statistics:
The 21.com Partners stated here that the calculation is made as follows:
Net Gaming Revenue Calculation Formula: Bets - Wins - Bonus Cost - Jackpot Contribution - Chargebacks - 25% Admin Fee
So for example:
€200 GGR - €100 bonus = €100 NGR x 0.75 (25% admin fee) = €75 x 50% (revshare) = €37.5
As stated above, the Net Gaming Revenue amount should be calculated like this: GGR - Bonus amount = EUR 34.69 - EUR 21.25 = EUR 13.44, which is true.
Our earnings should be 40% of the Net Gaming Revenue amount, which is also true: 13.44 x 0.40 = EUR 5.38.
Therefore, we could agree that this affiliate program has been transparent regarding how their calculations are made.
However, if we include our standard AGD audit calculations, the Effective Net Gaming Revenue (the amount of money deposited and lost) is EUR 13.44 / EUR 25 = 53.76% which is not a very good result.
In order to see how the advertised revenue share rate differs from the real one just multiply your advertised revenue share rate by the Effective Net Gaming Revenue (53.76%), eg:
