Hi. A couple days ago, my affiliate manager sent me a series of unsubstantiated and unsupported accusations. After that he stopped contacting me.
We have been cooperating with 247 partners since May 2023. During this period there was not a single payment. On November 27, I requested a commission payment, I did not receive a reply. The next day I saw that my personal account was blocked.
Then the manager started asking me strange questions, all of which I gave honest answers. After that they made accusations of multi-accounting and also wrote that there will be no payout.
I contacted all the managers whose contacts I managed to find, I could not get a reasonable answer from them.
Below is a list of their accusations:
"1. Both mail that you provided are on the list of multi-accounting detection, but neither of them is the one that was specified in the account;
2. The avatar is a photo of another person who said it was his account. 3;
3. one of the photos of the person you have on your avtarka was later deleted after he had blabbed.
4. IP from which there was a login to this account is also present in other accounts in our system;
5. From your wallet there are multitransactions to the account of the person you have on your avatar.
The account is blocked. The funds have been debited.
This decision is final."
I value my digital hygiene and the pictures that are in my profile tg were found in one of the public chat rooms. The photos don't show a face and the person in the photos is not familiar to me, I told my affiliate manager about this more than once before these accusations.
Regarding payments:
I provided the advertiser with a detailed accounting of all transactions. I have not received any response from them. Also after these accusations I provided all the proof that the traffic was actually brought by my team. There were provided: access to the tracker, the list of applications from which the traffic came.
About the mail:
I logged into my personal account using username, mail was not used for that.
Apart from the accusations I got nothing, they did not provide any proof of their words.
I will note that I have offered many times to do a video call to show that I have nothing to hide.
How else can I prove my case?
It all looks like fraud in its purest form. I strongly advise you to stop cooperating with 247 partners completely. Do not advertise their casino (AmunRa, 5Gringos, 7Signs, Posido, Sportaza).
