I posted this here instead of the designated affiliate forum, because I'm asking for feedback from AGD members (affiliates) and not the program reps.

When I compare 32Red to other MGS casinos I promote, they fall a long way short on income comparision, over the life of their promotional period, (5 years). It seems to be a hit/miss affair. Players play for a month or two then boot, then return at a later date, repeating the same proccess.

While I had some good months (3K+ in rev share value), I've had some horrid months too. These tend to be back to back, when players have gone elsewhere.

Unlike other affiliate programs, it seems, 32Red Affiliates are only a small operation, with only a single AM. I search for advertising material and depending on the selection (which there are many), it's not uncommon to come-up empty handed. In which case I have to commence the search criteria again (highly frustrating).

To be fair, to gauge a wider opinion, I wanted to ask other AGD affiliates for their feedback?

I think you've summed them up just about perfectly!

I don't monitor what individual players do, but I can say that in the last 20 months they have been my best earner in 4 months, and have been negative (players winning more than losing) in 6 months.
Overall I'm pretty happy with them and I do actually like to see players winning sometimes because it keeps them coming back! ;)

VERY good casino & affy program run by VERY good people IMHO.

I don't want to be the partypooper, but never made me a dime. Dropped them a year ago, prefer GoWild and Casino Rewards, they convert, 32red never did. But I am happy you are making money ;-)

We promoted these guys hard for about 6 months & compared to other MG casinos fell way short of what we thought we could earn.

Promoted for 3 years, signups are slow but players keep coming back.

Although I have heard a lot of great things about them, compared to most of the other Microgaming affiliate programs, they are one of the poorest converting ones out there.

Although I have heard a lot of great things about them, compared to most of the other Microgaming affiliate programs, they are one of the poorest converting ones out there.

I'm stumped as to why that is...

Over the years I've provided top-notch, indepth reviews for 32Red.
Similar reviews for other MGS casinos (who I'll add...don't have the A+ player support etc etc), yet these casino's out-perform 32red, in some instances, up to 7x more player signups per month.

Reiterating I'm at a lose to why this is happening and it looks like it's just not me, that isn't happening to either. For the record, I'm not implying anything is dodgy here.

I'm merely trying to establish why MGS casinos which don't provide the excellence which 32Red does, are noticably out-performing them, month after month, year after year.

I've kept them on site because they are good but with player conversions getting harder these day, I have to start crunching numbers... And with a new site in development, thought it was best to commence this thread and get general feedback from others ;)

We earn consistent commission from them but their rev share rates suck and the worst thing is that the tiers are worded so that you only ever get 25% on the first $x (whatever it is) even if you bring enough players or revenue to make it to the higher tiers. i.e. they are like tax brackets in reverse where you only earn the higher rev share on the amounts over the threshold. Apart from that they rarely answer emails, and when they do they refuse to come to the party to increase our commission despite making a lot of money for them over many years.

We often see lower conversion rates on older established casinos like 32 Red, Intercasino, Jackpot City etc. I reckon it is because so many players have already tried them in the past.

So yeah, I like them as a player and I don't like them much as an affiliate at the same time.

When I 1'st started promoting them, I didn't realise they bundled.... Took me 6 months to figure that out :(
Guess I could change tactics and push 1 of their other brands. Players would still get good treatment and maybe I'd snag more sign-ups.

As we've all agreed 32Red is ubber well known.

Weird seeing this thread because we have a larger proportion of negative months with 32 RED than any other Microgaming. Something is telling me we are not getting a fair deal - ANYWHERE. I'm sticking with my new saying of the year.

Welcome to the real world.
