Well, imo normal way would be that GoWild informs all affiliates, and ask them to sign up for 32red affiliates or provide their existing 32red affiliates ID in order to map over the UK players.
So far I have no Email from Gowild, neither from 32Red

Ahh I just read there at CM this reply from 32Red ......

Hey Mattsgame,

Players who are tagged to affiliates will be remapped to your 32Red affiliate account and we will continue to pay commission moving forward. If GW affiliates do not have a 32Red affiliate account, they will need to open an account so we can continue to pay them. I understand this will be communicated by GW this afternoon.

Regards,
Mark

Dear affiliate,

We have been servicing players from the UK for over 5 years and have enjoyed being part of a vibrant and competitive market. Further to announcements detailing the proposed new licensing, regulatory and taxation regimes in the UK, we undertook a thorough review of our UK business going forward. Further to that review we have decided to focus on our successful international operations and have withdrawn from the UK market. We were happy to have reached an agreement with 32Red Plc who then purchased our UK database.

As our valued business partner, we’d like to inform you that these imminent changes would come into effect starting the 10th September 2014. To ensure your continued revenue generation, only UK accounts will be migrated to 32Red.com. The migration commences on the 10th September to be completed by the 15th of September and will include all and only UK account holders.

To ensure your revenue share commission, we have agreed that UK players affiliated with your account would be migrated to your existing 32Red.com affiliate account. If you don’t have an account with 32red affiliate program, please register one at http://affiliates.32red.com at the earliest convenience. We have agreed that your commission structure will remain on the same level unless you have an existing commission agreement with 32red.

Rest assured that all revenue generated before the migration date will remain under your GoWild account earnings to guarantee you will not lose out on commission. For any customers located outside of these territories we are continuing to operate as normal and as such you will continue to receive payments in respect of their activity.

As always we are here to assist you with any query or help you may require, please feel free to contact us at any time. Furthermore, for your convenience we have also setup a dedicated migration team at 32red that will handle this process on their side and is available at:

gowildaffiliates@32red.com

Sincerely Yours,

GoWild Affiliates Team.

Considering the circumstances this is good news. The players could have just as well gotten lost for the affiliates, as it happened at many other take overs. 32Red is a great place for their players if they were not signed up there before.

I still have exact same amount of players at 32red and gowild?? no change at all despite many uk players at gowild. I am sure I read somwhere that they would firstly change gowild over to 32RED. And day after all players would be tagged over in affiliate accounts?

Ah just found out it is finished on 15th September with stats etc and transfer silly me I posted that email myself further up LOL.........

BUT what about this in email >
We have agreed that your commission structure will remain on the same level unless you have an existing commission agreement with 32red.

Does that mean if I have like 40-50% at gowild then my uk players transfered to 32red will be under same agreement? or is it tough and I will only get my very low 32red comission?? :(

At least Go Wild is being transparent about this not like Fortune who is selling our players to Betway with no intent of tagging our players!

"Fortune Group" were once trustworthy and integrity driven. Unfortunately, that's not the status qou anymore.

As a point of reference...
When FA/Osiris Trading freely gives your ex-partner an account, which has only ever had your details on it, then refuses to ask for ID proof, to match these account details, you can be pretty sure, they can't be trusted. If and when a casino group breaches their own T&C's, it's a sure sign, they hold very little respect for what's right, honest or just!

End of day and still no updates. I have had no uk players transfred to 32Red yet despite it has now been last day. Also anyone know what the column at gowild affiliate "Locked Players" means??? I got 2 uk players it says locked. Does it mean closed accounts or something? I hope not as 2 most active players :(

TBH I don't know. I can speculate though:
  • These UK player accounts have been "locked" closed at GoWild BUT have/are being assigned to 32Red accounts.
  • These UK player accounts have been "locked" closed at GoWild and are not being assigned/transferred to 32Red.
I'd like to think I know 32Red Plc well enough that I couldn't imagine them shafting affiliates and stealing players. But in saying that, I thought I could trust FA/FL. It seems when money is involved, honorable actions don't always follow.

I want to know what happens if a player is already a member of 32Red and is tagged to another affiliate, hope this don't get messy.

That's a brilliant point, something I didn't think of. Anyone get any feedback from 32Red on this?

I am following up on a few things but at this point I must say I am pretty disappointed.

This was a response from mark:

Hi KK,

Sorry I wasn't clear. The answer is similar. Both accounts will be tagged to their respective affiliate. We don't allow duplicate accounts however so any players abusing bonuses on both of their accounts will be asked to choose which account to remain open.

As I said above, having been given estimates in terms of crossover between GW and 32, I don't think this will be too much of an issue.

Regards,
Mark

The thing is that players are reporting that 32Red are actually asking them to choose one account and close the other and not what was stated above, for example:

Player: When i logged into 32Red with my Go Wild acc no i had the popup with the £10 free but couldnt claim it, when i enquired why i was told

Support: i can add the bonus for you if you wish on the Go wild account. However after this only one of the accounts can remain open, so please advise which you to choose to have open and I can sort it for you.

Then take a peek here about another player being told one thing and then its all a mistake: http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/showthread.php?t=63992

Oops tag lost in translation. Someone is making money and someone is losing money. Let me guess who.

Of all the casino groups around, I would have thought 32Red Plc would have done the right thing on this...

Seems they too are now in the habit of saying 1 thing, then doing the complete opposite.

As far as that line - we didn't tell affiliates because we had to inform our shareholders 1'st... Sounds a bit too contrived. Maybe that line came from the same Spin-Dr, as the excuse to why they (32Red) stopped weekend and public holiday payments
