It's likely to take us a couple of days to go through any outstanding payments both to players and affiliates alike, but you can rest assured that both you and any referred players with outstanding payments will be contacted in due course.

As you can probably understand, the priority lies with paying any outstanding cashins to players, but we have also asked for full access to the affiliate back end to enable us to verify any affiliate commissions also due.

In the meantime we ask that any affiliates owed commission from Nedplay to contact us at support[at]nedaffiliates.com with details of outstanding commission and we will be in touch.

Hi BP,

I can confirm that the plans are to migrate Nedplay into the 32Red Affiliate program. As such, links will need to be changed.

As soon as I have access to the affiliate list I will start communicating any changes by email, but at the moment the priority is reassuring players that they will be paid and getting the site up to date.
