Along with the fine of £9.4 million, the UK gambling regulator, Gambling Commission, stated that the penalty also includes an ‘official warning’ and a requirement for the independent auditing.
According to the regulator, the operator was fined after the investigation uncovered a number of social responsibility and money laundering failings.
