We deposited $11 via Skrill and took a welcome bonus of 100% up to $300.

First, we used the bonus funds of $11

And then we played the remaining $11 real money.

Eventually, we lost all the funds and checked the earnings report:

For the deposit of $11 our commission was $2.81
Since they have 25% admin fees the commission of $2.8 is equal to $8.33 company profit - 25% admin fees
Final NGR would be company profit minus admin fees of 25%, $2.81 / $11 = $6.24

To summarize, the Effective Net Gaming Revenue (the amount of money deposited and lost) is 6.24/11 = 56.73%.

Finally, multiply the advertised revenue share rate with the Effective NGR to see your real revenue share rate, e.g:

• 25% = 14.18 %
• 30% = 17.01 %
• 35% = 19.86 %
• 40% = 22.70 %
• 45% = 25.53 %

I was expecting really a lot better % (e.g: 35% RS something like 27-30% real) as the brands operating this platform (BetB2B) usually give us better real % (as it happens with another brands operating with them).

Deals with partners are individual and depend on various indicators - the number of FTDs per month, positions on the website and etc. An additional administrative fee of 25% applies to partners whose commission is above 40%, but again it all depends on the initial agreements with the manager. We also would like to note that we never hide from anyone what commission is valid for a particular partner and this can always be seen in your affiliate account ( section of the commission structure). We know how it works but why on earth can't you just write the actual earnings on the commissions page?
If you would have that, your program would be transparent for first impression!

Second thing is, why must the affilates always contact and agree on a % that is different from the one that is by defaul? I and many other affiliates, might prefer to try the casino a bit, by just signing up, grabbing a tracker and see how the conversions works. If the players likes the casino, conversions looks good - then the affiliate would ask for a better deal.

It's so simple; just put the real numbers and be transparent of the earnings

You are probably not familiar with our terms and conditions, which are published on the affiliate site https://manager.888starz.partners/home/about, where it says that the default commission is 25% of the Betting Company’s net profit ( no admin fee). But all partners are different, everyone has different sources and amounts of traffic, also different expenses for each player, not everyone is ready to start with 25%. As we said before, we are always very flexible with our partners and are ready to start with higher rates and even give exclusive offers, that's why partners contact the manager and discuss the deal. Anyway, your feedback is very important to us, we are grateful for your comments and will work to make it even clearer.

But it's OK for your company (loose term) to hijack and use two (2) distinct parts of well-known, long standing industry brands. Hmmmm.

Maloic said 30$ because on the affiliate panel still appears this message on 'Payment' section: minimum payment is $30 / 5 mBTC - and they have paid since i'm their affiliate too on a weekly basis.

But, as I can see after your message, they have recently (this week!?) changed their T&C without warning their affiliates. I've confirmed LAST WEEK and the terms to get a payout was:

(...) and there are at least 3 new verified active customers invited for a payment period (NET-7, NET-30, NET-60). If the Affiliate does not have such a sum or active customers, his money will be automatically transferred to the next period and it will repeat until the necessary conditions are met. (...)

And TODAY i've confirmed again after your message and they are now:

So, there is a lot of changes and the difference between old and new numbers minimum numbers are huge....

Just a 'small update' about this matter:

- I and other colleagues that work with 888Starz are trying to contact our usual managers to ask about this T&C changes/make other questions, but until now no answer from them.

We are facing the same issues. All the managers from 888 Starz are very irresponsible, they have not answered my questions regarding the sudden and nonsense changes in their terms and conditions. In their terms, they state if there are any changes, the affiliate will be notified. However, Not until the day I requested payment did the manager inform the changes to me. FTD requirements are lifted from just 3 FTDs to 20 FDTs, minimum withdrawal is increased to $100.

The way 888Starz keep silent to all questions from affiliate just proves they are becoming a scam brand that everyone should avoid!

I finnaly get an update about this matter/partner: I've reached contact with a new manager (they finnaly answered to my message to partners888starz as the others managers didn't answer) and now the situation is stabilized.
I already received my last payouts and they are answering to my questions and other type of requests.

Finally, I got my last commission and the issue has been solved successfully. The new AM of 888starz reached me a few days ago and he settled down the issue extremely fast and in a professional manner. One more thing, the terms have been changed to 3 FTDs and also a minimum of $100 which are acceptable rate for me.
