During this month of October, 1 post from my french site has been getting a lot of attention and traffic "its about a complaint one player had against LebonCasino". http://www.inspecteurcasino.com/le-bon-casino-ne-veut-pas-payer-mes-gains/
This complaint was found on the casino's favor as the player was abusing the free tournaments and free offers.
However, I am now submerged by the number of players contacting me and commenting on this post complaining about withdrawal not being paid.
Its now ridiculous the amount of complaint I have received and all stories are very much alike.
Played at the casino, requested a withdraw, some very low, some high amounts, but the casino doesn't pay, and players are no longer able to reach the support via chat plus emails are not being replied.
I tried myself from my players account, and the chat isn't available, yet its displayed 24-7 and I haven't received any reply to the e-mail I sent to support since last Thursday.
The scamming part is yet to be confirmed, but that looks very fishy. I tried to contact the affiliate program since Monday via Email. No success so far.
Does anyone has any contact of any AM at ace revenue (skype is preferred) and has anyone been receiving complaints from players against brands managed by acerevenue especially leboncasino?
