Ace Revenue commission payment delays - On Going Complaints

Hello !

Is anyone else having problems with commission payments from Ace Revenue? The last payment received covered August 2021 commission and till then the outstanding balance to date has risen to USD 200,707. If anyone has had similar problems, could you kindly reach out and indicate if and how this was resolved please?

Hi,

They paid us but they are quite slow. Do you get paid by BTC? They will ask you to send the email on the 1st of every month from your registered email.

Hey ! Yea we re paid in BTC but haven't received anything in months. When you say "quite slow", how slow are we talking? When did you receive your last payment from them?

Let me get this right... Your owed USD$200K. If so, that's almost 12 months. Are you saying you have not received any payment since then? And you only now chasing this up...Really!!!

They're notoriously slow in paying both players and affiliates for years and years. I should point out that Ace Revenue/Gambling Wagers was bought out by one of the biggest rogue operators in the history of this industry, I speak none other of Virtual Casino Group.

One could say, now you know what players feel like who legitimately win, but then don't get paid ;)

Could you be more specific about which rogue operator you' re talking about? And what other casinos belong to this group? I am interested in it in order not to play in such casinos. Thanks in advance.

Sounds that you are not an affiliate but a customer.

How about looking for AceRevenue and Virtual Casino Group ? I'm 100% sure you will find the associated brands.

Especially Virtual Casino group has a long, horrible history in this industry and blacklisted on most of the platforms.

I don't say that's forbidden to write or to say your opinion but can be that you sometimes get no answers if it goes around the casinos itself, because this is all about affiliate information and discussions.

It's always useful to research information before, if you become a possible user or not. ;)

We received January to April on July 14 and May -June on July 26.So we were 7 months behind and it was high 5 digits. email steve@acerevenue.com

Since we never received a response to the emails sent, we will mark the complaint as unresolved. If we do hear back thread will be updated.

We have received a lump sum of USD 40k leaving the current outstanding balance at USD 177k. It's a start at least. Hopefully they can proceed with more payments soon.
