The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) has intensified its efforts to protect consumers

Bullshit... Morons (Gov.,) who can't see, licensing CASINOS is the ONLY way forward. AU is a nation of gamblers. I've moved residences in the last few weeks, and I only have to walk 3 min to the local pub, and they have pokies. Really 5 min drive in any direction and there's pubs with pokies, sports betting, keno etc., etc.

Prohibition worked well

The ACMA continues to remind consumers of the importance of engaging with licensed gambling services to ensure they benefit from legal protections.

More crap... It's all about tax, or more so loss of it.
Folks using off-shore are doing so with money that's already taxed.
