These mailers are now constituted as spam, because the subscriber HAS unsubscribed.

Either the Affactive unsubscribe link on your newsletter is broken... or...the requests by the OP are being ignored. (I have the impression its the latter).

Clearly the OP is both annoyed and frustrated. I would be too, if I'd unsubscribed multiple times and was still being hammered by these mailers.

BUT...Instead of trying to defuse the situation and calm the waters Ricko, instead you decided to patronise the OP. Full marks for professionalism

patronizing? did you not read the entire message written in an unprofessional and unethical language by Erik?
I can assure that if you had read half of what this guy is writing to us over the email you wouldn't have replied at all.
You confuse Affactive newsletter with casino promotions, the fact you have unsubscribed from casino promotions doesn't mean you will not receive newsletters from Affactive, of course you can unsubscribe from our newsletter easily as well but its 2 different things.
I hope this concludes this issue.
