This letter i just send to The Gambling Commissioner of Curaco
To Whom it May Concern,
my name is Erik Hendrikus Cornelis van der Geest and i am an Affiliate promoting one of Affactive affiliates brands WinPalace Casino
licensed within your laws: WinPalace Casino is licensed in Curacao and it is owned and operated by Netad managment company Curacao.
On the site itself i cant find any licence number.
I am writing to you in regards to my Affiliate Payment not being made and their refusal to do so.

I will be offering you some specific information regarding my affiliate account and hoping that you might be able to take actions and solve the issue.
To be honest you are my last resource and their business practice is unacceptable.

Total due to me:$ 1440
Please find attached two screenshots (which i was able to take before they closed my account) one which shows the money being sent to me (but i never got my money) and second screenshot with the players traffic, registrations and deposits.
Please note that i have been informed that all players i have sent will have their accounts closed also but that is not the case.
Since they will not offer me any information i hope you can investigate the case and help me out.
The bottom line is that they will not pay me and they also do not give any specific detailed information why i don't.
Their business practice is that they are right and the customer is wrong. Also they believe that they are untouchable and in my situation have been many other people.
I hope that by taking matters further justice will prevail
