Affiliate Account disappeared

Maybe anyone can help us with this issue here, it seems like our affiliate account is not longer available there anymore, a login is not possible and also a password recovery does not work as it states "account not found".
However a signup with the same account name is not possible as the name is "taken" already.

We had a couple of players on this account and the affiliate links widespread over 30-40 sites, we do not have any idea how this account could have closed...

We tried to contact them through the contact form but I am not sure if this is the best and most effective way to do so.
Does someone know any skype id of them to contact them more directly and urgently?

We are pretty much pissed of with this as only changing all the websites will take us days!

They close accounts all the time due to not enough activity, they have closed a LOT of accounts, there are quite a few threads about it so I am guessing this is what has happened to your account too

That's true. They regularly close affiliate accounts without notice. They closed my account sometime last year.

In my experience, 50% of the time (or more) those "Web Contact" things are useless - I hardly ever get a reply

E-mail is much better and Affiliate Lounge always reply to me pretty quickly.
Not sure if I'm allowed to post my AM's e-mail addy on the forum, so I'll PM it to you...

Or at least, I would if I could remember or find out how to send a PM!
Either it's been disabled, or I'm more senile than I thought!

I will try the email support at affiliatelounge.com allthough I doubt that this will work.

pretty cruel to delete affiliate accounts like that, we had several hundred clicks per month for sure, if visitors do not convert then they should improve their marketing strategy and not delete affiliates who actually bring them traffic

They close your account... I tried contact with them, many emails ect. (1 year)... any response. I have VIP account in betsson and vipsupport help me i get response:

Thank you for contacting us. We apologize that you haven’t been contacted by one of our representatives. Your account has been closed due to dormancy. Unfortunately, accounts which do not have new (depositing) players will be shut down. Would you be able to increase the traffic that you send to our brands with your new site? If so, we can re-assess the closure of your account. If you need any help or assistance from our side, please let us know.

I don't get any payments from 2014.04, i have 1-3 very good players (up to 5000€ or more deposit/month).

This is joke and SCAM!

Happened to me too. At e-mails they do not reply or they reply with nonsense answers. If you ask them at a conference, they promise they will investigate it. But never heard anything about it anymore.

One of their former affiliate managers is in jail now for stealing money. A dodgy morality of the whole program, a mess behind the scenes and stealing affiliate managers...

Again that really sucks, i have many players with them =( Have you gaved it up or what happend? Did you have a lot of players with them?
