Dear Partner,

To ensure that our brands are being promoted according to the latest rules and regulations in the UK, there are a few urgent updates that we require you to make.

These changes must be made immediately:
1. Update ALL English language banners of ALL our brands with the new banners that we have placed in the media gallery within your account and on the FTP -
• Casino Cruise
• Spinit
• Sloty
• Vegas Hero

2. Wherever you are promoting any of our brands in English, a link to the bonus terms and conditions must be included, with no exceptions. These can be placed within the reviews for example. The media IDs for these are listed below:
• Casino Cruise – Bonus Terms and Conditions – Media ID 3810
• Spinit – Bonus Terms and Conditions – Media ID 3812
• Sloty – Bonus Terms and Conditions – Media ID 3814
• Vegas Hero – Bonus Terms and Conditions – Media ID 4092

3. Any use of the £1000 welcome Package for Casinocruise / Spinit / Vegas Hero or £1500 welcome Package for Sloty must include a full breakdown of the four bonuses including a link to the relevant T&Cs.

4. You must ensure that ALL marketing activity includes valid and active unsubscribe links. All recipients must have opted in for marketing communications. If you have questions, then do get in touch with your affiliate manager or contact us at info@affiliatecruise.com

While I'm an AC affiliates, I no longer promote them, since Lloyd left. However, two (2) days notice, with the explicit demand of completing said compliance by 5'th of Jan 2018, is totally absurd.

LOL - they have had the best part of half of last year to think about this and then it's gotta be done in 2 days from the letter receipt and many affiliates are still on holidays.

The only thing i will be doing is removing them so i won't have the headaches of trying to stay compliant for such woeful earnings anyway. Some programs with all the UKGC hoop jumping involved just ain't worth all the extra work.
