Yes, another Affiliate Edge thread, but this is important for those webmasters who like myself find themselves short changed to the tune of thousands of dollars, thanks to their 'FU' 'Inactive' 4.7 Clause, they somehow managed to sneak into their T & C's in February this year.

I didn't agree to this term, nor did I sign up to it back in 2006 when I joined what then was called CWC Affiliates.

So this is the first video in a series of videos I will be recording, documenting what action I and my company are taking in getting my money back . Which as it stands at the moment Affiliate Edge have stolen from me.

If you are a webmaster, you may also want to seriously consider following my lead.

Like I said in the very first video at the top of this thread I am prepared to explore all aspects and take appropriate action being based here in the UK, where ITC are incorporated.

Affiliate Edge aka Interactive Technology Corporation Ltd based in Manchester UK is still working with AffPower. Who ladies and gentlemen are responsible for the advice of detagging all our players. The same AffPower that operates Smashing Casino. Smashing Casino does not have a UKGC License, well this video below is interesting.

Please share and spread this video wherever you can as I really want it to get the attention of the UKGC, not only to investigate AffPower but also ITC and the Club World Group.

You do not need to be UK Citizen. All you need is UK mailing address

There are plenty of UK based Virtual Offices.
They have drop boxes, where your mail is received, then forwarded to your physical address.

Hence you and anyone else affected by these crooks, can take action, just like Dave is doing in the UK small claims court

Correct. Also if any of you have had players detagged, please email me any information you have to davesawyer @ bathrockmedia.com - As I mentioned in the article and video, ITC Ltd have acted fraudulently in this regard.

Thus I am in the process of compiling a dossier of evidence to go to the police with. Again, in this regard it doesn't matter if you live on the moon. If you have had players detagged, then the directors Warren Ferster and Stuart Ferster have committed a criminal offence and the UK Police will investigate.

It is pretty easy to tell when it has occurred as your historical revenue looks like lemmings have jumped off a cliff.

Unfortunately if you haven't downloaded your player reports and historical statements you will no longer be able to do so as they communicated a new affiliate backend would be launched on the 12th ( yesterday ). But purely for accounting purposes they will have to keep historical data for six years. If they don't then they could be in for a whole world of pain with the tax man here in the UK. Forget the fact they are licensed where ever.

The High Court has stated last year that Manchester UK based ITC Limited are the ultimate beneficiaries of all and any income generated by the myriad of offshore shell companies fronting Affiliate Edge / Club World Group.

I've received a letter via email from Darren at Affiliate Edge. Posting this on Casinomeister also and will have a new video up in the next 24 hours. Below is my response to the letter I attach for you to enjoy. What a bunch of shits. They really don't think I am serious. Nor the difference between civil and criminal law. Of which they are likely to be entertained with both, very soon.

Dear Darren,

My company’s claim is not groundless as you will find out. ITC have four days to complete payment before we commence court proceedings in the ‘Civil Courts' to recover the monies owed.

Just so I am extremely clear on the matter, I will not be involving the police for the monies owed to my company. As I am unable to see or identify any detagging of the players we have referred to your casino properties.

However, the police will be informed concerning the detagging of players that occurred to numerous affiliate accounts, particularly during the month of February 2017. You will find there is nothing vexatious about this as Warren and Stuart Ferster fully well know.

Someone named Darren was the one that paid me back in April the reduced commission difference.
As far as players go, it sure looks like mine have all been demapped. However I've had to move on from the issue.

I lost a sizable monthly commission when they stole all my players also, but I've also moved on. I have no choice really, and there are plenty of other decent programs to promote.
