Online gambling in Portugal was regulated 2015. Sports betting, bingo and games of chace are legal ofcourse if licence is obtained. Regulated online gambling is growing with no signs of slowing down.
In advertising, rules seem to follow the same rules as land-based..
The problem with the market is, while dozens of regulated operators in Portugal are working, a large black market exists.
