Seems a lot of emails going around from an affiliate who is trying to get other affiliates to partner with them (to basically earn commission from referring people to their paid horse racing tips site). Having done a quick background check they've got a pretty bad reputation. For example:

The request asks an affiliate to partner with Horse Racing Tips & Sports Betting Tips from Lee Bolingbroke
They operate under a number of names - Martin Bishop, Lee Bolingbroke, and claim to be some sort of experts in the horse racing industry.
Would recommend avoiding them given a quick Google search on the reputation of those names.
