AGD Forums Upgraded

[Guard Dog]

There are a few new features enabled in the new forums. This is a simple software upgrade, not an AGD template improvement (that is down the road).

* Online Status Indicator in messages
* Huge polling improvement
* Better Anti-Spam (let's see if it works)

There are a ton of additions for admins, but that doesn't help you

New Posts indicator shows 424 new posts and doesn't reset when you select "Mark forums as read". Clearing my cache doesn't help. This is happening on two separate computers of mine.
