Hi AGD'ers

We have updated the amount of characters that can be used in the member signatures. The signature section will now be limited to 200 characters. This is necessary so it can be used for its intended purpose.

If you think your current signature is over 200 characters please check it and see if it fits within the new parameters and make necessary adjustments.

Malicious pleasure about the disadvantage of people, the disadvantage of Dave and my person to be exact, people, who are only telling the truth and as a matter of fact have done nothing wrong, malicious pleasure for me is one of the shabbiest character features, I can imagine, and in the long run it's a disservice.

I may usually agree with you on this. However, when a forum who is supposedly (as its catch cry states: protecting affiliates interests), does a complete 180, and lock's a certain thread using BS to close it, because certain people were not afraid to speak the truth, then those people, in my book, have every right to grind their Axes!

If some members have an issue with that, then take it up with whoever closed the thread to stop the truth.

Don't shoot the messengers ;)

There is nothing wrong with stating your views and fighting a cause. But the way you fight the cause matters. Don't irritate the crap out of your fellow forum members with lengthy forum signatures and calling other forum members who disagree with your views "corrupt" and "shills".

Besides, those crazy length signatures were wearing out my mouse wheel. ;)

"calling other forum members who disagree with your views "corrupt" and "shills"."

This says the guy, who has proven desperately stalked and insulted me personal over years on GPWA due to pure hate and of course without any success. It's all on record. No conspiracy theory.

Beginning with "twit" to "Stasi", there must be a list of 20+ personal attacks.
What a hypocrite!
No attack. The sober truth if one is acting like that.

I can call people whatever they are, as long as this is the truth.

Including corrupt people, shills, sammers, stalkers, demons, whatsoever, because it's the truth.

According to my information also the truth is, some people want to reinstall the "old" AGD, where Rewards Affiliates was protected despite their crimes and voices should be silenced, because of the close relationship with Mrs. Rewards, which is again the truth.

The "new" AGD can do it better or not. It's the once-in-a-lifetime-chance to make it better than the GPWA Crime Family.

It's their own decision. Dave and I we can live with any option, because we have a plan for every possible situation.

No one can silence us.

No one!

+++ ADDENDUM +++

One example to proove my claim. On the contrary to others I can always show evidence:

September 2013:

Ixian/Daftdog: "
Ixian:

"Looks like somebody used to work for the Stasi."
"you are a joke"
"you look like the forum idiot
"

After I quoted that, he replied:

You forgot "Twit".

And there are tons of other insults.
Personal.
No satire, not surreal or subtile.
Nothing but personal hate.

He can do that.
It's his right.
But I have also the right to say something to that, right?!
Anytime, at any place.
And if one is playing here at once now the white-knight for signatures and the ruler for free speech and this is hypocrisy, then I have the right to say that.

And the most unmasking fact is, all these people attacked me personal first. This is a historic and undenieable chronological fact in all cases with all that kind of people and says everything about that.

It makes them weak.

So, and now all of you, the "wannabe-rulers" go and cry for Daddy.

I like limited signatures. Long signatures tend to get in the way of the forum topic.

I also prefer threads that get to the point. I don't tend to read very long or sensationalized posts.

calling other forum members who disagree with your views "corrupt" and "shills".

Everyone is entitled to voice their opinion(s). However, when facts/proof is kicked to the curb, and instead, quasi, groundless arguments are used, all designed to either discredit and or derail a topic, then the only option left is to throw the "proof" into people's faces.

The RA unethical cross marketing scam which took place back in 2011, and other instances where, affiliates have attempted to gain valid accountability from RA/CR, each and every one of these incidents have seen the same people, totally disregard the "proof" and instead, defend RA/CR regardless.

IDK what your this a shill means, but mine, and I'm sure many others, is this:

A person who publicly helps or gives credibility to a person or organization without disclosing that they have a close relationship with the person or organization. ... Shills may be employed by salespeople and professional marketing campaigns.

The above is NOT opinion, it's a mathematical fact. Yet, the RA Shills would have people believe, this fact, it is not true...

I come to the table, and always have come to the table, with open hands. Anyone who wants to try and discredit my sincerity, with their hidden agendas, should go find another target.

Nice, I've been image banned... Full marks for treachery AGD and staff for silencing the truth! If anyone wants to find me, or more to the point, read truths, not manufactured brow-nosing, then I'll be at ventit.org...

@bonustreak - you may recall I sent you a PM asking, if you had an issue with me... The reason I sent that PM, was because I found the post you'd made about me, in the Admin/Mod forums (when I had mod access) , where you asked/stated - when is Aussiedave getting kicked from the Island (Island meaning AGD).

Would think it's evident that I, dislike and appose crooked programs, and thieving igaming operators. However, there's only one thing I dislike more than this, and that's people who are two (2) faced.

+++ AGD CENSORSHIP ADDENDUM +++

Refresh this post. I could be added due to new information and correct data.

In this post ( https://www.affiliateguarddog.com/c...-only-half-the-truth.14542/page-8#post-117302 ) I was able to proof, that the pictures not shown here, will be shown there.

I will now try once again to embed the same picture the same way as in the post mentioned at the beginning of this post to test, if this was a temporarily issue or if this has something to do with this thread.

I will now embed the picture directly from my Roulette Zeitung as I did in post #13 of this thread:

3-2-1 go

winken.gif

Working at once again.

Dave's picture from this thread:

i.ibb.co/vLxCsqm/35.png

35.png

In the preview it will be shown, but not after it has been posted. It's not working. I will upload it to my Roulette Zeitung to embedd it from there:

roulettezeitung.com/dave.png

I will now embedd the picture:

dave.png

dave.png

dave.png

I tried it three times.
No success.

If there is a censorship installed at AGD, it could be, that only old pictures can be shown again, but not new pictures.
It's very easy to test.
I will download winken.gif, rename it to catlitter1.gif, upload it to the server and will try to embed it.

Attempt to embed this NEW picture, which has NOT been shown under this name in the past on this forum:

catlittter1.gif

NOT WORKING!

I guess I must be the "shill" - as I'm the one Dave had the dissenting opinion with.

The problem with the above graphic, and the reducing of the argument to trite symbology, is that the equation above is not measuring the same thing.

The left side measures 35% of 100% of profit (rev-share)
The right side measure 35% of 3.71% of gross stakes. (wager-share)

There is a significantly different calculation between rev-share and gross stakes, but it's been shown many times that over the long term the commission earned by the affiliate in both systems will be very similar - because on "average" a player turns over 25 to 30x their deposit in playing casino games.

And so if the affiliates are paid a similar commission for the same player then any associated GST / consumption / other taxes owing should also be paid at a similar rate.

It's quite simple - the reduced equation is NOT showing the correct information.

---------------------------------------

Of course it does NOT always work out exactly the same - good players who spin out their stakes (or even win) will actually be better for wager-share - while bad players who dump their stakes in 1-2 spins will be better for rev-share.

That was why in the original thread I also pointed out my ideas for a "better" calculation for taxes for wager-share affiliates that I'd submitted to Rewards Affiliates. Far from being a "shill" - I am attempting to get the situation sorted correctly.

---------------------------------------

One thing that Dave has said is that his former-ATO accountant agrees with him. I believe that's simply because the accountant does NOT understand the difference between rev-share and wager-share.

It's not 35% of 100% compared to 35% of 3.71% - that's a nonsense.

Taking a player who deposits $100 - and spins their money 30x in stakes - the calculation is :
- 35% of 100% of $100 (rev-share) = $35.00
- 35% of 3.71% of $3,000 (wager-share) = $38.95

As you can see the affiliate earns a similar commission - and should therefore associated tax payments due on that player should also be similar.

Dave, take that slightly longer explanation to your accountant - and see what he says - I would genuinely be interested in the response. I expect he will acknowledge that his original opinion is in error.

I too am sick of the lengthy signatures, especially this latest campaign based on "mathematical facts" that are anything but. TheGooner has now eloquently dismantled this tiresome argument twice, yet the real facts are ignored and on and on and on it goes. Sigh. Anyway... if like me you would rather not have to scroll through anyone's signatures on this board I just worked out how to remove them all.

1. Click your username up the top of the page.
2. Click preferences in the drop down menu.
3. Look under the content options section.
4. Uncheck "Show people's signatures with their messages".
5. Rejoice.

Thank you!!!
So I'm hiding all signatures now. Do you know if there's an option to hide specific users as well?
