AGD Virus ...

The last few times I have come here Kasperskey keeps alerting to a virus ...

I havent done any research on this as I suspect is likely a falst hit but I thought Id give you a heads up.

Anyone else seeing this? I am not. Arkyt - can you tell me which banner was serving when that happened? That is likely the culprit.

Another question.... are you using the current AGD Style or the old one? That URL isn't even valid for this version of AGD's template.

I use Nod32 -- no virus warnings yet. If anything pops up, I'll let you know.

Yesterday I got a security pop-up, alerting me to an attempted download.

But it didn't look serious so I didn't take screen shot.

I am not getting the pop-up today.

Thanks for all the information. I know that the message given initially by Arkyt could only have happened on the old AGD template, which should be disabled. Maybe it was some sort of caching, but that URL now removed regardless for security/safety of members.

It only happens on the home page .com/ it is not happening on any of the forums/ locations... I guess the banners are being loaded differently on the forums directory than they are on the home page.

I dont know which banner is loading - kaspersky refuses to display any of them.

Yeah, I'm getting weirdness when visiting the homepage too. I'm getting a message that says 'site security cannot be verified' related to a www. adservingmedia.com URL.

Couldn't take a screenshot as Firefox wouldn't let me do anything before closing the alert.

At times today, I've seen a "Not Found" error at the top of the page. It says:

Not Found

The requested URL /go/www/delivery/afr.php was not found on this server.

I see it in the Brightshare thread here: https:// www. affiliateguarddog. com/forums/brightshare-asusa-payments-t3358.html
