I have created this thread because nobody over there seems to want to respond to emails. They are fine sending them out, but haven't responded to any I have sent them :(

My Questions:

1. Can you set up an online form for Wire Details that is using SSL?

2. What is happening to my high rollers? Information:

I have heard that player accounts who are 'not active' may not be tagged to affiliates. If this is true, I think there will be a lot of very upset affiliates (including me).

Here is the scenario: I have several players from NY/NJ who were excluded from play when MGS left the US market originally. When they brought back all but about 11-13 states, NY/NJ was still excluded. My players are HIGH VALUE players that I SENT TO THE CASINO. Without me - those players would have gone elsewhere.

What is happening to my high rollers? Are they going to be marketed to? How will they be tagged?

Please answer these and any other questions. Details are sorely lacking at this point.

Thank you!

PS - you have my email since I have already posed this question previously.

Also, why have you upped how much we need to earn to get paid from $100 to $300? And our only option is through Wire Transfer which also carries a $35 fee?

I recieved an email stating this has anyone else seen this email?

What's funny is if you go the AllSlotsUSA home page and go to banking they ACCEPT quicktender and visa as deposit options. Now if they can accept qt as a deposit option why couldn't they payout with it? It specifically says withdrawals are paid via the method the deposit was made.

That fee is on both ends, at least for me, my Bank charges a $30 fee for receiving wires...

The lack of communication is a real problem IMO... In my experience no communication from a program for any lenght of time NEVER means good things.

@Andy... the only casino I ever kept a whale at for longer than a couple of months is Referback. I've got one there that has been playing for almost five years. ;D

I've never kept a whale at an mg casino for longer than two months.. ever.

Mine stayed at the Brightshare casinos for 1.5 - 2 years. They were very loyal until Microgaming got scared of the DOJ. Then... they were gone for a short period and the non-NY/NJ players played again.

I have a question that none seems to want to answer which is leaving me more and more annoyed as the days go by! I have hundreds of players under my name and my affiliate tag at Intertops Casino/Royal Joker that were transferred to AllSlotsUSA but I have not been approached from anyone there with how I would be getting paid and what my login details are! Am I to assume that the thousands of dollars I earned and the hundreds of players I have sent over the years are now vanished? Why do I have to have a tantrum on a forum to get answers, why can't someone answer my emails?

Janet, I see that you have signed up here at AGD - could you please provide us all with a reponse to this particular inquiry?

I certainly hope that every single player was properly tagged.... ???

the point was brought up about if UMW/QT is an option for players to deposit, then it certainly can be used to pay us.

Since QT charges a set $30 fee for withdrawals, then I can't see it costing the sponsors any more to have an account with that eWallet where instead of withdrawing to a bank account, they are sending money to other participants.

as Pat mentioned, the cost of the wires is at least that much, so what's the deal?

I had no idea that anything had changed with my U.S. Royal Joker players, other than that they were playing at the U.S. verson of All Slots now. I assumed they were still being tracked the same as before, under the new Intertops affiliate program.

But.... this month my earnings for Royal Joker is practically zilch, according to my Intertops stat program.

I never got any email from All Slots USA or anyone regarding my U.S. players from any Jackpot Factory Casino.. including Royal Joker. I understand there's a new affiliate program and login we need to see our U.S. player stats now, is that correct?

How come some affiliates here have received an email, and I haven't received anything? No wonder I've been so confused about these All Slots USA threads.

Now I'm pissed! What the heck is going on? I have always thought Brightshare was a trusted program. It seems things have changes a lot.

I'm going to send Janet a pm and email now. Janet, please watch for my pm and email and respond asap. I have no login info. I don't even have a url for the stat program. I need to talk to you.

Just a quick note to say that I received emails from Janet about an hour ago. I now have my login details.

On my way to check it out now.

The way I see it, we are partners (we're all affiliates) with casinos...ect...ect. As partners we get treated very shabbily at times. However without affiliates, gaming entities would sink.

Is it too much to expect common courtesy, no it's not. But do we always get it, no. Instead it seems that some aff programs only turn to us when it suits there agenda.

I'm glad you've stood up and said how you feel bonustreak, because frankly I don't think it's said enough! Some of these programs need to realise that we're not doormats. That some of us are getting sick and tired of their nonchalant, cavalier attitudes.

Cheers

Dave

Wow, I'm really disappointed to hear this. I never expected this group to end up like this. I'm sorry and I hope you get paid.

I don't know if anyone here knows anyone you can contact from the casino side of things or not. We usually deal with people from the affiliate programs. The only thing I could suggest is to try contacting Janet the affiliate manager, affiliates@allslotsusa.com
