Alpha Affiliates Not Paying Full Commission - RESOLVED

In April, Alpha affiliates had the wrong commission, they said to withdraw that amount and they will pay the remaining amount too. They only paid the lower amount.

In May, the correct balance was showing to cash out, they adjusted it and lowered it over 70% less than the right amount. Now they are not responding.
