Hi Rival Managers,

I have a question as a player, why can I make deposits with my credit, or debit card....but I can only withdraw via Quicktender.....
my guess is this gets you out of paying the processing fees for an ACH or Wire Transfer.

Hi Rhonda,

As far as i know, this is a security issue, we need to make sure we are sending the withdrawl to the correct player that actually holds that credit card.

In addition, withdrawals to credit cards in the US are a big no no. In Europe its different, withdrawals can be processed to credit cards in some instances.

Customers can also choose EWX as a withdrawal option at most Rivals plus Clickandbuy, Neteller, Moneybookers for the non-us players.

I have been informed that ACH wire transfer is in testing so this option should be available in the coming weeks.

Hope this helps

we are trying but remember legislative issues

Hi Gals and Guys,

As the kind manager from Ruby explained, it isn't so much about fees as it is about the risks and legislative issues surrounding US processing.

We really do our best when it comes to this and we have to be very careful about how we manage ourselves. Look at what happened to BoDog with their US processing being shut down and losing over $20 Million, which ended up causing delays for everyone.

We want to get payments in and out as fast as possible and in as many ways as possible, but it all has to be done vary carefully and that means not always getting things out as quickly as we may like. As stated we are testing and looking for new deposit and with drawl methods, just understand that it is a delicate issue.

Kind Regards,
Nicolas Johnson

Is ACH being offered as an option only for player payments? Or is it also now available for affiliate payments as well?

You guys sure do have plenty of power over us. That is because we know that you and the players are the life blood of the business. It would be silly not to listen to you.

About ACH for affiliates, I'm honestly not sure, but I will find out and come back here as soon as I do. 8)

Hey Nicolas or any Rival manager or anyone who knows......

With the player's standard rule of they need to deposit in the same manner they withdraw, ie: if you deposit with a CC and attempt a withdraw to QT, they are instructed to make a deposit through QT to verify that it is their account before the withdrawal will be approved, how will the new ACH withdrawal option work?

If they make a deposit with a CC or through QT, can they choose the ACH withdrawal option without having to deposit first via ACH (which is not a deposit option anyway)?

Also, if they deposit via QT can they choose the ACH option or do they have to go the QT route?

Thanks so much! :D

I recall as a player when rivals (at least some) had ACH as an option in the cashier.
Deposit method used did not matter, when cashing out. ACH worked well, simply enter the ABA routing numbers and associated account number... done.

Glad to hear its coming back, fees from my F.I along with QT is a bit stiff and ACH was one step cashout to your F.I. eliminating the ewallets.

I might add that security documents may have been requested pertaining to the transaction.. if so, it was required only once.

I can confirm that with ACH, players can cashout to ACH no matter what method they deposit with. Same will apply to cheque when this is launched in the coming days.

In the case of a customer winning from a ND bonus and they had not made a deposit, customer still needs to make a verification deposit using any method and can then select ACH as the withdrawal option.

Hope this clarifies..

I just wanted to say the situation at Vegas Regal Casino is the same as with Ruby: ACH is now an option for affiliates, as well as being a player option regardless of deposit method.

I have another question about the ACH withdrawals at Rival casinos for anyone who might have an answer.

We all know that the bank fees will vary from bank to bank for the ACH deposit into the bank account.

What I need to know is how is the "other" fee is determined and who is charging that fee?

I have 2 players who have withdrawn via ACH from the same casino.

One withdrew the max of $1500 and was charged their bank fee and a $17 fee from who knows.

The other withdrew $500 and was charged their bank fee and a $37 fee from who knows.

I have been told that the casino does not charge a fee to the player when using the echeck option to withdraw by.

So who, what, what, where, when and why is this other charge coming from and how is it calculated?

Any info would be appreciated.

Hi Holland87,

I just got contacted back from Rival. They told me players are not charged for ACH fees.

Could this have happened maybe at Slot O Cash? They have different processing then most Rivals. If you don't want to publicly call out a casino, hit me up on IM.

Kind Regards,
