Any help? Me Vs Ladbrokes

Well after 4 Years of trying to access the information regarding my affiliate account with Ladbrokes I have got the information commissioners office to step in and demand it for me.

I should be getting a response in the next week or two.

In the mean time

I have issued a court claim for loss of earnings under a separate agreement I had with them, which I won't go into here.

I'm simply asking if any affiliates have any extra information that has to be factual and can be backed up with proof of any underhand practices used by Ladbrokes toward their affiliates.

Any help would be appreciated although I have a very strong case anyway, but it always helps to have some extra ammunition to fall back on.

Examples:

Old terms and conditions saved
Any proof of even unethical behavior or obvioulsy anything more serious.

Ladbrokes screwed over ALL of their affiliates IIRC, and deserve to be punished for it.
I personally dumped them 3 years ago, after they stabbed me in the back for the 2nd or 3rd time...

Thanks everyone. Nothing to update, the claim has been issued so waiting for them to respond. They have 14 days from date of issue which is classed as Today despite being filed a week ago.

If previous is anything to go by they might not even reply to the court, but i doubt that in this instance.

Ladbrokes filed an acknowledgment and stated they intend to dispute the claim in full.

I then got a letter from them asking if I would agree for them to have more time to file a defense because they are on holiday for 2 weeks. I refused despite considering it as I didn't want to seem uncooperative. However I've waited long enough to get any kind of reply so delaying it further isn't acceptable.

I'll keep you posted, obviously I won't be putting any of the claim details as yet though.

Just an update for you all.

Had some pre hearings and we settled before trail. Obviously can't discuss it but happy with the outcome.

Sorry for the lack of updates but i wasn't too well this Year, but back to fighting fit again now.
