Not sure if this would help AGD forum but there is a guy who runs a spam data base about forum spammers.

URL Blacklist Provider | Focus September 2010: Forum Spam Fighting

You can submit spammer like this and their URL's which ends up on a database use by forums. The offending spammers URL also ends up on a daily site list (in text forum) these pages are frequently crawled by google.

We already use a blacklist for our members and use moderated memberships along with that.

I will, however, ban this user because I did notice the URL in the user's profile.
