last week my payment report showed: 2010-08-31 Payment issued (Player Account)
but now it's gone! I've contacted betsson support and he promised me to send me an email as soon as he gets an answer - that was last friday, no answer yet.
Also my affiliate manager doesn't answer anymore... wth is going on!?

I know they say 'payments until 20th' but it has never taken longen than 12th, mostly around 7th.

It sucks, especially because August was my best month ever...
hope they pay very soon!

Due to a statistical delivery issue during the month of August, data relating to some players game play was not completely received by Affiliate Lounge from the brands. This meant that some players bet, win and player game cost data was missing for affiliates. In order to ensure that all data is correct, we have now received and verified the brands data in Affiliate Lounge for all of the month of August, and are re running the affiliate commission payout report, in order to display and pay our partners the correct amount.


Values seen in the affiliate lounge detailed reports, and the commission report shown on Saturday and Sunday, for the period of August, may change once the data reload has been completed, due to all player data now being used in the report calculations.
