Hi guys/girls..
Thought i ask here before going down the player route and hitting casinomeister and other player forums... So..
A week or so ago, I decided to check out a new casino for review. Id seen Starwin Casino on a few other aff sites, so i give em go.. whilst id had a few ales, i still should have known better to put any real money in this unknown brand. Sadly, the ales clouded my judgement, and before you know im chasing the dream, i mean loses..
So iv dumped around £2k thorugh this casino before finally recouping my loses and a nice little earner, around £6k. I cashed out.. This is where the fun starts...
Support are pretty quick in responding, around 4 hours.. (all going down n my notes for my review site) but after they have my id docs, they start the old "our processer is down" "we are experiencing delays with withdrawals etc" ...heard it all before.. but not worrying as it tends to be a tactic of these smaller brands to get the player to reverse and play (good for us guys)
Next they hit me with the maximum withdrawal amount of £2k a week..hmm, not good (note for review..not for high rollers) even though i cant find this in the terms of the site, but il give em the benefit of the doubt..
I then receive an email from dean@nogabet.com, weird as i dont see a connection between these brands, saying hes basically a vip manager and that hes dropped a bonus in my account for the trouble (big thumbs up for the review)
Its been around 6 days now and finally the first £2k of my withdrawal changes from "pending" to "checked out"
The next day i check the status...the "checked out" has chaged back to "pending" uh ohh..
4 days have passed with me emailing support daily asking for an update.. no answer, no responce.. ARGGGGHHHH
I have not disclosed that im an affiliate reviewing this brand
Basically, before you say "whys this guy posting a player dispute in an affiliate forum" well im asking you guys for a contact or some information to get hold of these guys as i dont wanna rubbish a new brands name in the player forums if there is a legit reason for this..
any help would be appreciated
