yes im waiting also on Affactive and i have a serious problem with their arrogance and shaving.
I just started working with them last month and already removed them of my sites because of pure theft and unfair practices.
When i asked about my stats problem ( 8 depositing players declined and under investigation ) and asked about the payments i was told they 8 ftd's where under investigation and for now denied.
and he said from know on your on revenue and on top he said ! and i quote ""
Affactiveur fraud department is investigating and you will get it when the investigation will be over
Affactive: if you don't have traffic, dont waste my time

Now i have a feeling that this story is farr from over
in the logo of affactive the slogo should be
"True partnership,shaved profits'
Beware of Affactive is all i can say at this moment.

as far as I understand you are in touch with Rick on a daily basis. We have some delay with Neteller payments, which is being taken care of. I apologize for the delay.

Regarding your post Erik, there are fraud players in a regular basis which we need to investigate and the commissions related to them are frozen in the case that they represent a serious doubt to our fraud department. I don't believe that's related to Eissa post...

Now in regards to your post specifically - Erik, our fraud department finished the investigation and the commissions related to your traffic wont get paid and the decision is final. There's no shaving or lack of transparency from our end:

1) you sent us almost the same quantity of sign ups than players
2) you recognize that you personally know the players and directed them to our casinos
3) the deposits made by each one of them was the minimum available, on a CPA deal

Specifically in regards to this paragraph:
iii. For the purpose of this Agreement and by way of example only the term "Fraud" shall include, but shall not be limited to, actual or attempted (i) bonus abuse on the part of the Money Players, (ii) the encouragement by you or a third party of bonus abuse on the part of the Money Players, (iii) a chargeback executed by a Money Player in relation to their initial deposit, (iv) collusion on the part of the Money Player with any other player on the Sites, (v) the opening of an account in breach of the terms of this Agreement, (vi) the offering or providing by you or any third party of any unauthorized incentives (financial or otherwise) to potential Money Players and (vii) any other act by you or by a Money Player which is reasonably understood to have been committed in bad faith against WiltonBay Limited regardless of whether or not such action has resulted in any type of harm or damage to WiltonBay Limited.

its clear that if you read that,you'll see that you guys and girls of affactive are lying and cheating.
That i know 2 of them (a bit) because of the clubhouse doesn't count for the fact that you see exactly where the clicks came from and that according to Tim who got caught in his own lie ( like liars always do) He said it where 14 depositors and not the 8 that if not seen in the backend.
also this could explain why is see 32 downloads of the software in april and 12 signups,8 new players, and 9 declines.
Strange indeed.
People love to download casino software just to have it on there pc.
About threatening your affiliate managers !
If you read the chat good ( like you should !!) then its obvious that i simply ask normal questions about my payment and stats.

this is not the issue, don't take me wrong. Is not about knowing the players. This is incentivized traffic: players deposited the minimum and their behavior in the casino followed same paterns.

Eric made an offer that clearly doesn't apply to incentivized traffic. That said, please refer to our terms and conditions if you have further questions. Copying this chat doesnt add anything to the fact that the traffic you sent is ineligible for a CPA deal.

In regards to the funds, they were frozen for investigation due to the fact that more than 50% of your traffic was incentivized. At the end of the report, all the traffic was following the same modus operandi so the commissions related to this players wont be paid.
