Sharp-eyed poster Pinababy spotted that a brand new MG casino called Casino La Vida has the exact same support numbers as Red Flush...
(See New MG Casino/Casino La Vida? - Casinomeister's Online Casino and Poker Forum)

I haven't had any notification about this new place from anyone, and their website does not have an "Affiliates" link on it.
So the first thought is Red Flush could be marketing this new casino to existing players and potential players whose details they have on their data-base.

But are these 2 casinos actually connected, or just sharing support.
Anyone know?

Yes, they are Red Returns - Red Flush

We have been told the casino is in Beta
and a few affiliates have already tracking links , so Red Returns can test all out.

don't ask how many e-mails we already got for Casino La Vida to sign up now.
Almost daily..............

Hi all,

Casino Lavida is the new brand of Red Returns. The brand is in Beta testing and will be released to all affiliates on the 8th of February. We are not cross marketing to any tagged players. The players that have been contacted during the test were untagged and came in either via media buys or search engine.

We would love to have released the brand to affiliates at the same time of the beta launch, however we have to be sure of the functionality, processing and customer support. This will ensure conversion as soon as you are able to market the brand.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.

Best regards,
Wayne

What is there to "Beta Test"?
MG casinos are "off the shelf" - we all know they work OK.
And your affy system works OK too - so what exactly is new & needs testing?

Going to jump out there and say I was at first really ticked off about this as well but I have full trust that Red Returns would not cross market our players without tagging them to us. They have always been on the side of transparency so I don't see that changing all of the sudden. It is in their best interest to work with their affiliate partners. I have seen several casinos test new brands first in this manner.

Hi KasinoKing,

In response we have to ensure that processing, customer support and the web site works before we release it to affiliates. This will ensure that your traffic converts from day one. There is great deal of integration and creative development involved for the affiliate system as well. Unfortunately Microgaming does not cater for this. I understand everyones frustration and honestly if we could have done both we would have. We will have this up and running by the 8th.

I want to thank you guys for your feedback and patience.

Best regards,
Wayne
