b-bets player and affiliate account ?

Does anyone of you heard once that if you have registered an affiliate account at Condor Affiliates that you can't have a player account because you are already registered as affiliate ?

I wanted to become a player account at b-bets but system checked and don't let me registering (of course there will be the same personal datas) because it's saying there is already an account.

If i try to login with username from affiliate account, then it forward me to Condor Affiliate login.

Of course io tried to get an answer what the problem is and was told that one can have only one account and it's not intended.

How crazy is it and never heard of a problem like this.

To have only one player account it's normal but one must separate between player accounts and affiliate accounts.

No, no, i dont want to play under my own affiliate account that 's not what i meant. It must be possible to have a player account at casino without relating to aff account.

They say it's not possible because their system check the personal details when you try to register, where are the same address datas as on affiliate account.

I have a player account on Casino Sieger and Rembrandt although i'm Affiliate, so it makes no sense to get no player account on b-bets.

As Affiliate it must be possible to test a casino under real terms to find out how a casino is structured and work. I can't try under datas where are not real, so my name must be connected and linked. You would get problems regarding cashouts, if you have.

It cannot be a term if you open one account what would be in this case the affilliate account. It would mean if you register first a player account you will be not able to register an affiliate account.

How crazy is it ? I have no fun to work under fake, not real names or datas.

On all casinos it's possible to have one player account and if you are coincidentally an affiliate also an affiliate account which should nothing has to do together.

It's totally clear that you can't be your own player regarding affiliate accounts.

Yes, that is stupid then, a lot of affiliates are also players, they are missing out

Stupid is also that support can't help and say please get in touch with affiliate team, what i have already done without a solution until now.

We were one of the first affiliates as they have created Casino Sieger and from beginning it was totally confusing. As a Startup it's not easy i know but in all the years of working my impression is that things not going better also if they have created in the meantime more brands. If you need help it's going be very difficult and seems that none will make thoughts about.

Imagine you are willing to promote a brand more then normal and you get problems from the beginning. You lose the intention to do.

I can't understand that a company have no interest to solve such problems.

Just to inform you: a few minutes ago i could open suddenly a player account.
