Bad payment info on 400 Affiliates

In looking at the Recent Affiliate Payments here at AGD, I see where someone has stated the 400 Affiliates paid on the 15th of this month.

This is not true for all the 400 group.

"This is Vegas" has NOT paid nor has DG. (and to be honest I don't expect them too.)

Maybe it would be best to break up the 400 group into the seperate casinos for payment recording purposes, as this payment info appears to be very misleading.

Also, let me ask this. If TIV and DG decide not to pay, isnt the 400 Affilaites responsible to pay... After all I signed up with 400 Affiliates, not TIV or DG.
And according to 400's T&C...

6.4 The400Group will facilitate payment of Commission from The400Group to the Affiliate based on income The400Group earns from purchases and play from the Affiliate’s Customers after they open an account with The400Group. Payment shall only be made to the Affiliate once The400Group has received payment itself. The400Group reserves the right to change payment terms at any time and for any reason.

Added... I just had a little birdy tell me that 400 affilaites is owned by... the same folks that own RIVAL... Don't know if it is true or not, but it sure makes sense.
