RESOLVED - BC.Game affiliate issues: cancelled bills

Hello everyone,

So, I'm working as a master affiliate, attracting sub-affiliates to the BC.Game affiliate program. Several of my billings were marked as "canceled" without explanation. They also credited some "compensation" of 0.00054863 BTC (equivalent to $33.51 instead of $227.91), which I cannot withdraw because my earnings are in USDT, and the compensation amount is below $100 as per the terms.

The affiliate manager has been promising to resolve the situation for six months but keeps disappearing, ignoring all my requests.

For sure, the earnings amount is small (the total amount of canceled bills is $279.45), but that is no reason to avoid providing comments or ignoring all requests.

Based on what I am seeing, you are paid in full. A total of $500 has been successfully cashed out to date. Attached proof. I am unsure how it is unresolved for six months when it actual fact you have been paid out accordingly within a week of each payout request. I consider this case closed

My question concerns the bills that are marked as 'Canceled.' I would like to know the reason for their cancellation.

Unfortunately, I have not received any notifications regarding the reason for their cancellation. According to the logic of the Affilka platform, if the bills were calculated, it means my sub-affiliates had earnings, yet these bills are still marked as 'canceled'.

I am a master affiliate and have brought sub-affiliates into various affiliate programs with direct advertisers. Mark was my affiliate manager for some time, but we are not the same person.

So, the problem is still UNRESOLVED.
I reached out by telegram on October 1st, and on October 2nd, I was promised a response, but I haven’t received one to this day, and my reminder was ignored.

I also learned from the AFFILKA representatives that if a billing is issued, it is correctly calculated based on sub-affiliates percentage.

In total, the amount of rejected billings that remain without explanation is $227.91, which is starting to get frustrating.

They provided no comments regarding the canceled bills and completely ignored messages on Telegram. Moreover, new bills have mysteriously stopped appearing on the dashboard.

Hey guys,

@Nick, Let me attach proof on payments that were made to you. LOOK at the attachments. Your bills come out in BTC, and we add USD. Look at the attachments. You will see see you are being paid out every time there is commission. We are not going to start an argument over such small money.

Regarding the commission not coming up, why dont you ask your affiliate that you referred what their commission was last month and see if we are lying? You had commission of $82 in October, and it was paid in November. There is no commission for last month. You can verify with your affiliate. In our books, you are paid in full.

I suggest you speak with your referred affiliate, get his information on NGR, and see if it aligns. If it does not, we are happy to payout anything owed.
