Berlin Affiliate Conference 2017

Not seen a post on it so thought I'd throw it in there and see who from the forum will be attending?

I'll be heading over and I'm obviously looking to catch up with people while we're there.

Who has plans on going or still thinking about going?

Next for me is SiGMA, then LAC (Probably only day 1 as it's perilously close to half-term again ).

I will attend both BAC and Sigma. BAC is really a nice conference. Nice city, good period and it's getting a busier and busier event. Same thing for SIGMA. The best 2 events to me.

Last minute booking for BAC for me but still havent booked the plane tickets and prices have tripled since last week when i checked...huge mistake...Anyone else staying at the official hotel?

I would love to go to Berlin but alas I cannot justify the expense. It would I fear just be a glorified 'Jolly'. So too close to Christmas and the wife's birthday to go. Will definitely be attending the LAC as well as ICE next year.

As for catching up @LA-Martyn perhaps if I am around your way anytime before LAC I could do an interview with you for my channel

It's just too far - and close to zero payback for an established affiliate.

We will take a break in Queenstown instead.
- It's 2 hours away - not 32 hours away.
- We don't have to discuss strategy with programs that just wanna know "How many FTDs"?
- We can go "luxe" for a week and still come in at about half the cost of a conference.

That's fair enough, will be good to catch up at LAC, it's been a while.

Not sure about the interview, I'm not good on camera, I go to the sh!ts and can't get my words out. I've done a few video interviews and only ever made the cut on one of them. Public speaking isn't a strong point for me.

I'd prefer that trip too and it makes perfect sense considering both the distance and cost involved.

But don't forget, you don't need to go to the conferences to do business. I'm always about and would like to hear from anyone who would like to look into working together. We've got some good stuff going on which I am sure affiliates will profit from working with us.

I am staying at the official hotel, but it's sold out now. Although, many good hotels are around and also for reasonable prices. If I compare with Amsterdam for example. Even if you book now for july overrated hotels are overprices already.
