Best Affiliate: Slow Communication Warning

Hi,

I recommend everyone to skip this program when they use the AGD certified list as their list of programs to sing up at (like I did). I will put up slow communication warnings at PlayersBay for the brands of this program.

I signed up for BestAffiliate.com, they have bingo + casino + poker, turned out only one of the 3 had aff links in backend, so I asked for the other 2 weeks ago and got reply that they'd make it for me.

This was 3 weeks ago, send reminder week ago with quick apology, was about to se solved immediately, not heard back ever since.

If they do this to people willing to make them money, imagine how slow they'll be if they actually have to pay players or affiliates.

My name is Wille and I´m the Casino Manager at BestCasino.com. I have to admit that I am one of the reasons that you just made your post. I did get the mail from Robert (who made the poker bonus codes for you), but I failed to reply to you in time. I am sorry for this I will make sure that I will respond much faster to applications in the future.

I hope that you can somehow understand the delay since our Affiliate Manager left us last month after working here for +4 years. This should of course not affect our affiliates or the affiliates that wants to work with us, but it has. To be able to work more efficient we are setting up new systems for bonus codes so we can work more smoothly. Unfortunately this has led to that we are taking a few steps back before we take many steps forward.

Regarding your worries of our ability to pay or affiliates or players I can ensure you that that’s something we are good at. We normally paid out affiliate commissions within five working days after the end of the month. This is when (CET) we have paid out commission the last five months for an affiliate that is a member here at Affiliate Guard Dog:

The times for other affiliates varies +- 3 hours since it takes a few hours for our system to pay everything out.
We are aiming to pay everything within 24 hours with our new system.

I have some experience with the casino side only. My only complaint is that I wish they would pay me automatically each month. As it is now, I have to log in and request a withdrawal. Not a big deal, but still....

Thanks mate. I hope someone from there comes and replies! If not i will skip it.
I see allot of programs with no AM activity!

At this point I have to agree there is not one competent person on staff anymore, they cannot seem to pay US affiliates even with correct wire info, a bank contact stepping in to assist with the payment and still they cannot seem to send a wire correctly. Maybe they just don't want to pay and plan to continue earning off the back of the original referring affiliate. They sure are continuing to accept players deposits and collect a profit from it.

I don't promote them can't comment. I have however tried promoting other casinos that use this casino software, mainly the video slots. I tend to get players depositing 1 or 2 times and they leave.

The video slots or as we call them here in Australia "the pokies", are well designed games. However I don't think they pay too well. I've tried them and when the free spins or bonus games hit they delivered very pathetic pay-outs.

One only has to take a cruise around a few of the casinos using this software to see the latest winners. Very low wins on these video slots.

my experience with bestaffiliate.com,

last (poker)revenue i had with them was in may this year and everytime it was paid fast even you have to withdrawal manually but statsremote is noticing when there is revenue made for previously month. but since june 2011 my revenue is always at 0 (zero), anyhow strange but it can happen.

trying to reach them since April 1st, 2011, via email,

tried 7 days later again.
tried again on May 21st, 2011.

up2day didn't received any updates or emails or phone call :(

personally, they where great as wille was there.

maybe affiliate guard dog can do something in this matter as they have your seal.
