I doubt there is any casino to promote world wide, even if they do accept most countries. The taste is very different. For example Raging Bull which is RTG, won't find any supporters in UK for example. I would say that you at least need to split USA vs. worldwide.

Depends No matter what I do it seems that I cannot get any depositing player to Raging Bull. I have other RTG's in the same spots that get up to 10 new players every month. I only keep this casino on my website because of Miles (my aff manager)

I'd have to agree on separating the traffic, however we accept players from most countries with the US being our speciality.

Raging Bull and Affiliate Edge seem to be very US specific in terns of conversion.
They are both good options ... but 99.9% of our conversions are from this one country.
You will probably need to have at least two options ... US and Europe.

The reason I put RB over affy edge, is the latter don't take UK players and have NCO.
If it wasn't for that, they could be just as good.

You really need to diversify based on your traffic. I don't see any one casino as a perfect
match for players throughout the world. They all tend to have certain countries or regions
that they tailor their bonuses and promotions for. The question would be much easier if you
were looking for casinos for specific countries or regions of the world, and not the whole world.
