Best Table Of Contents Plugin That Works With ACF

Whats up everybody, I am looking for a good table of contents plugin that works with advanced custom fields. Does anyone have a rec?

Why not create an own one, if you can basic usage of ACF?
Make a fieldgroup "TOC" with items (can't remember the name of them, but even basic textfield works) and add a "if" - rule display it.

For example
Field 1
Field 1 link
Field 2
Field 2 link
Etc. To make them look nice in the backend, add rules that if field 2 has content, field 2 link gets visible.

I can export and send you the one i did and use if you PM me!?
