What are the best states (apart from NJ) for online casino players?

More specifically which states are mad for online casinos in terms of sign ups and also player value?

Just about anywhere online gambling isn't specifically banned. Look in the TOS in the US facing casinos you promote. Many will not accept players from NY, NJ and WA

As far as the rest, California by far has the largest population, so naturally more players come from that area..
