Hi Partner,

We are aiming to move Betfred to a new ActiveWins Tracking Platform, powered by Raven Track on July 1st. Your Account Manager will keep you updated on the progress we are making, however, in anticipation of this change we would like to get you set up on the new platform.

We have made things as simple as possible for you by moving all of your details over automatically. You can log into the new system with your current email address (the same one used within Income Access) and creating a new password (if you already have access to the new platform from promoting any of our Nektan brands which are already on the plaform, please use your current credentials). For security reasons we are unable to create this password for you, so when following the link below please insert your email address and click the forgotten password link to complete the process.

All active players will be moved onto the new platform, however historic data will not be transferred.

You will no longer be able to access the existing ActiveWins platform for Betfred after this switch, so please take time to pull any stats you require beforehand as they will not be transferred.

Once you have successfully logged in, you will be required to:

1. Update your password to one of your choice.
2. Add your payment details (these could not be transferred for security reasons).
3. Accept the new program terms (unless you have already accepted these when promoting our Nektan brands).
4. Accept the brand terms.
5. Update or add any additional personal information such as email, phone, Skype & Website URLs.

Please feel free to take a look around and make yourselves comfortable in the new platform. Please note: your new tracking links will be available in the system from July 1st.

Does anyone know what is going on with this Betfred migration? My account on the new software has no rev share being generated, most of the stats columns are blanks or zeros. There is one report on the new system where it shows some activity for July (but zeroes the rev share columns), but there is nothing at all for August. Would be grateful to know if it is all working fine for you - or if the new system is a mess for everyone. Keep asking my AM but getting no clear answers. 'It'll be fine' doesn't really cut it.

Hi Aidan, thanks and well done for what I guess was a profitable disposal (at the right time too) . . . my AM made me swap to the new links in July, and I referred players, yet no rev share and the old system is generating stats too. Confused. Looks like the usual activewins balls-up where nobody checks anything for bugs. I thought maybe it was fine for others as can't see anyone else complaining here or on GPWA (isn't that forum a load of crap nowadays?!)

I got daily stats for July, even showing a deposit for the 31st July but zero stats for that day which is strange. But nothing on any day this month which is suspicious. The funny thing is I was logged in on the 31st and there were no stats and as I was on there the stats appeard one day at a time.

From memory I think its market place, then click on the brand you want and links are in there. Will have a proper look later on and report back

Marketplace on the left menu, click on view casino on the right on the Betfred brand, then choose sports/bingo/casino etc that you want the link for, click on promote now, then on landing pages, then view on the one you want and link is shown near top of the page

Anyone got any August stats in yet. Did speak to an AM who told me August stats were being updated and they would be fixed soon, but that was yesterday.

No. Please let me know when you can see them. My problem is slightly different / additional in that they have not even added in my rev share deal, so even if there were stats, the earnings column would be zero. My AM is very responsive but refuses to give me a date by which this will be corrected. How can they 'migrate' with a system that doesn't work? Does anyone know who is head of affiliates at activewins nowadays and an email address?

Was funny though, once again July's figures went missing but then watched it come in one day at a time. Something not quite right.

OK, I do get stats now, for July and August. Must have been updated on my account today. Comparing the stats on the old system to the stats on the new system, they ought to be the same. Certainly they show the same number of active players for July, with a 4% variation (+4% active players on the income access system!). However the old stats state my commission is £845 and the new system says £110. The old stats state bingo commission is +£181, the new stats say it is -£1790 (minus!). Correct me if I am wrong, but income access and the new system should be looking at data from the same database (the near correlation on active players suggests as much). I think there are major bugs in the new system. If they think it is ok, then this is another program going down the pan. If you have stats, do please compare them from old system to the new one and give your thoughts.

That is massively different, I was able to login to the old system a couple of days ago and same as you sign up/active players were the same. But the end result comms were different but in my case it was in a + way. It is hard to read all the way across the line with so many deductions etc...

But I still do not show any stats for August and I cannot check from the old system now although I did have stats a couple of days ago so I know there should be some action for August.

It is taking the piss now July is showing the revenue is down by 75% from what it was yesterday. WTF is going on.

Yeah just seen it, I emailed the AM stating I was not seeing any stats for August where others were and got they are updating but he would let me know when it happens. Be interesting to see what happens to my comms for last month
