Hi AGD community,
We want to share our experience with Betmaster Partners. We have been working with them since 2019 and in the beginning we didn’t encounter any issues with the payments and the brands, actually we had good results with them. But for the last year I saw that it is a common practice for them to not paid their affiliates and right now we are in the same situation.
To begin with we had payment issues with them for more then a year now. We’ve tried to discuss this issue with the affiliate manager but he wasn’t very responsive and after a couple of months he announced us that he is no longer part of Betmaster team. So just like that we have lost our point of contact, It’s been over 6 months and we still don’t have any affiliate manager to talk with. So we tried to reach to Phil Kornyshev, Betmaster Chief Growth Officer, who assure us that everything will be paid, and ask us to send him the invoices for the unpaid period. Provided them with everything needed, invoices and breakdowns per months for the unpaid amounts. After that, everytime we followed up regarding this issue he kept delaying us and after some time he stopped responding at all to our messages and emails.
In that period, we were planning our trip to IGB Amsterdam when we noticed that Betmaster is sponsoring the event and also have a stand at the conference. So we scheduled a meeting with Phil there to discuss the same issues we were encountering (unpaid commissions, no communications et.). Phil was very friendly he assured us once again that it was a misunderstanding from their side and they will make our payments a top priority.
It’s been 18 days since our meeting at the conference and nothing changed. Our commissions for more then a year are still unpaid, and nobody is answering us, we’ve tried on skype, email, even opened a ticket on the affiliate platform and still no response.
We thought it would be better to share our experience as we are 100% sure there are other affiliates facing the same issues with this affiliate program.
