Hello AGD community,
Today we present to you the real revenue share audit report for BetReels Affiliates.
They have Betreels Casino as their brand.
Affiliate Reporting Platform: Income Access
Serbia is one of the restricted countries at the casino so the test signup and deposit is made from Country ‘Canada’
March 14th: we deposited €20 via BTC and took a welcome bonus of 100% up to 200.
Our funds with the welcome offer were €40 and we started playing some slots:
Eventually, we lost all the funds and checked the earnings report:
The deposit amount on the affiliate reporting platform was shown as €17.17
16 March: We contacted the affiliate program rep regarding the deposit numbers discrepancy.
On the same day we received an update, affiliate program representatives addressed the stats operator Income Access to fix the issue on the affiliate reporting platform.
17 March: We were advised the problem was found.
26 March: We received an email informing us that they are waiting on Income Access to fix a technical bug on their end.
16 April: We were advised that the problem was fixed at Income Access, but the provider (Income Access) wouldn’t backdate March, and our commission for the performed audit was manually added to April earnings.
Once we were advised that all was well, we made one more test deposit on April 19th.
Again the test signup and deposit was made from Country ‘Canada’
We made a deposit of €20 with the welcome offer of 100% up to 200, and received an email that the deposit was unsuccessful. We tried again with the same outcome.
Later the same day we received emails informing us that both deposits were successful and our total funds were €40 real money and €20 for the first deposit bonus. The delayed deposit was caused by the payment provider (BTC).
And we started playing some slots with our total balance of €60.
Once we have lost all the funds we checked the earnings report.
Again we noticed that deposit numbers are not matching. Deposit is shown as €34.65 for the €40 we have deposited.
April 26: The affiliate rep was again notified about the issue and they escalated it to Income Access. The issue was detected, but Easter Holidays caused some delays
May 10: Email sent to check if the issue is sorted out and received a response on the same day from the affiliate rep that management is also chasing the issue.
May 24th brought a resolved issue email, but we had to wait for Income Access to backdate everything until March 1st, as the affiliate program rep advised us that Income Access had an issue with the API.
May 27: We received an email from the affiliate program rep advising us that Income Access completed the work and backdated everything.
Once the issue was resolved we checked the stats and found that earnings and deposit numbers for both audit reports have been updated and corrected.
*Stats for the first test deposit of €20
For the deposit of €20 via BTC the Net Gaming Revenue was €19.40 (20NGR - 0.60commadminfee)
Our earnings should be 40% of NGR which is €7.76
To summarize, the Effective Net Gaming Revenue (the amount of money deposited and lost) is 19.40/20= 97%.
Finally, multiply the advertised revenue share rate with the Effective NGR to see your real revenue share rate, e.g:
**Stats for the second test, deposit of €40
