Hello,
I started cooperation with BetsEdge affiliate on Dec 19 - it is some Direx NV brand, affiliate program was operated via Direx NV as well. I provided them good exposure on my websites and generated few hundreds of registrations here. They changed affiliate system to Netrefer about month ago and stolen my players. What can I do, anybody can help? I invested lot of money to provide good places on websites, some CPC traffic, emailings etc. Affiliate manager told me that they havent access to database of players- of course those players are still exist. Chat with proof below:

Hello teemteem,
Betsedge Partners recently re-opened under the new management. You can see more info here.
However, we notified the representative regarding your query. Keep you posted.

@teemteem - all affiliates are affected by this unfortunately, even us. All our old players are lost due to there being new management and none of the old players were migrated to the netrefer system. which means all of us have to start from scratch.

Nothing more can be done:/ Its the nature of the iGaming affiliate industry unfortunately, a bit wild west with no regulations on how programs treat their affiliate partnerships.

Imo its not nature of Igaming - fair programs are moving players to new affiliate system - frauders not. Are you still promoting them?

Sorry, but that's a little condescending coming from someone who I'm fairly sure isn't an affiliate BUT instead, a paid (salary) employee.

Thankfully there are still honest, ethical programs within the industry, who, wouldn't have touched the above deal with a barge pole. Any "new owner(s)" that do or will, should be considered just as dodgy and crooked as the previous owner(s).

New owners don't have access to the old player base... Yeah right!

If the old west rules in these cases, then a linching party should hang em from the highest tree...Or in our cases, blacklist these bastards back to the stone age.

Edit:
If this scam affected all affiliates including LCB, why would anyone even consider "trusting" the new management. Least of all, adding a link promoting this thieving sh#t hole.

African Palace, Grand Reef, Indio were all reported as being sold, and under "new management". That was a load of bollocks. Just like so many other Ruses executed before, by other rogue outfits operators.

Seems the reason these thieves are able to continue thieving, is because people allow these BS-artists to pull the wool over their eyes, again, and again, and sadly, again

@teemteem - You are correct, fair programs migrate players and make sure affiliates are compensated for old players when moving to a new system and/or come under new owenership. Perhaps the words used 'nature of the industry' was not the correct use of words, in my post I just wanted you to know you are not alone in this situation. As AussieDave said thankfully there are still honest and ethical programs out there.

This thread now serves as an alert and warning for affiliates to take heed and proceed with caution if they are considering to promote Betedge affiliates brands.

Betsedge is still listed on LCB, exposure levels are minimal. We list all brands, so as to ensure visitors and members are informed about all brands good and bad.

Hey guys,
Some time ago I opened a complain about Betsedge on the biggest casinos website. I just received good advice from them:
"I am sorry about the situation. The contract and cooperation you agreed on though was with the previous company owning the brand betsedge.com"
Of course, the same company is owned by this brand. Have you got any ways to check Curacao company owners?

I also have a proof that they didnt reset any database of players. I always create a test account to check my tracking link, and as I see I can make a deposit and play without any problem. I am receiving promotional offers from Betsedge as well. Those guys are insolent - what do you think?

Wow...this sounds awful. We haven't experienced anything similar so far honestly. Everybody migrates old data, ofc they do... Perhaps not fully (sneaky examples do exist, but still), otherwise they did what, purchased a name?

How can anyone continue being their affiliate when all their old players are gone?

This is the same casino that keeps spamming me every day with at least 2 emails. I don't have an account and also never promoted the brand. Now I never will.
