Betting Partners, I'm still waiting for payment

I'm still waiting for the August commission payment.

I was told that I entered my Bitcoin address too late to receive payment in September, but that I will instead be receiving payment in October.

Most affiliates were paid around the 18th of October, but I still haven't received payment.

I contact them on Oct 15th when it didn't arrive - and got an excuse about holidays in Canada and Spain delaying things (as if the holidays were a surprise?) - but the BTC payment was sent on the 18th.

I've just received a reply but it doesn't sit well with me. Should an "unpaid positive August commission" be affected by a "negative September commission"? Shouldn't a negative commission affect the months following instead of any unpaid prior months? I've asked Andy to explain the stats reports to me.

Generally speaking (at other casinos), if the payment hasn't been made, a negative the following month WILL affect the previous earnings.
e.g. I always make sure I cash-out ASAP at Bet365 because I know that if I don't I could get hit like this.

I don't know about Bodog, as I only promote their non-NCO brands, but if it was YOUR fault for not setting up the BitCoin info in time, I fear you may be screwed

All the programs I promote who have NCO (which isn't very many) - but only when I haven't earned enough for an automatic payout: so that's Affiliate Edge, iNetBet, & Ladbrokes.

The problem in this case with Betting Partners, is that the payment is NOT totally automatic - if you don't set up a new BitCoin address at the right time each month, you don't get paid.
